You cannot take on another mission without completing or failing the previous one.

However, the player is not required to play according to the plot and complete tasks; he can simply move around the city, taking away vehicles or attacking passers-by. For this, money and the number of stars are added, which indicate how much the city police are interested in the character. The more stars there are, the stronger the structure will hunt the player, up to an army with tanks.

A walking hero can move through the streets and interact with passers-by, but will immediately drown in water. This requires water transport. After arrest or death, the character is reborn near the police station or hospital, but there is less money. They go to farming or treatment.

Sound and graphics

The rendering of the city, characters and vehicles for modern games is, of course, of a rather low level. Everything about the game is boxy and fuzzy, but the gameplay distracts from that.

Sound accompaniment during walking is represented by the sounds of transport and the voices of passers-by. The radio plays in cars, and in GTA 3 for Android you can switch between nine radio stations (there are 11 on PC). To do this, you need to swipe on the radio name in the lower left corner of the screen. One of the stations, Chatterbox 109, is not a music station, but a talk show format. Listeners call and share their problems. A couple of interviews are played from time to time - with one of the characters in the game’s plot and with an ordinary city resident who lives “correctly”.

Download and installation

In the Google store, Grand Theft Auto III is available for a fee, like many other Android games. Therefore, in order to download it for free, I had to search the Internet. There was a choice:

• download Grand Theft Auto 3 for Android without cache;
• download the apk file with cache autoloading.

Since my phone has access to a Wi-Fi network with unlimited Internet, I first tried to download just the installation file to my computer, and then download the cache for it. However, I couldn't log into the game after that. Then GTA 3 was downloaded to Android with autoloading, without cache. After launch, the game simply pulled the necessary files from the network.

In some cases, it may be necessary to download a crack for GTA 3. In my case, it was already possible to change the language settings and make all the menus and credits in Russian.

4. ILOVESCOTLAND – it starts to rain;
5. CORNERSLIKEMAD – cars become easier to drive.

To use cheats on touch phones, you need a virtual keyboard, and the codes themselves must be entered slowly so that the program recognizes them.

Advantages and disadvantages

I would consider the following as advantages:

• the game is filled with elements of a car simulator and third-person shooter;
• there is no need to connect to the Internet via your phone, only if you need to pull up cache files;
• the game fully complies with the laws of physics (during the game, my character drove a car into a high curb, after which the car overturned);
• reality of damage;
• choice of mode - passing or free play;
• no freezes during the game.

But there are also disadvantages:

• rather primitive graphics;
• To complete the game you need to spend a lot of time;
• difficulties with downloading and installation;
• cruelty (pedestrians can be run over, beaten, and even killed);
• difficult to drive, especially in a car.
