6. Between cities where DPD terminals are located, the delivery time does not exceed 5 days (if the item was handed over for dispatch no later than 12 noon). To other settlements that are listed on the service website, delivery can take 10 days. The shipment received at the terminal is stored for free for three days. After this period, a penalty of 20 rubles is charged for each day. If the cargo is not claimed within a calendar month, it is considered lost. It is possible to conclude an agreement on the responsible storage of cargo in a DPD warehouse for a period of no more than 1 month.

The service also offers delivery of goods to retail outlets according to a schedule agreed upon by both parties, in bulk or individually. Service department employees will hand over and accept the goods and provide the necessary documents.
